1. Client will choose the desired property on the Availability Map / Chart ( In-house Property Consultant will email all the Availability)
2. The In-house Property Consultant will hold the unit/ house within 24- hours informing the Marketing Dept.
3. The client will deposit the required reservation fees

4. Client will email  the deposit slip to In-house Property Consultant

5. The Inhouse Property Consultant will forward the deposit slip to the Collection Dept For verification.
6. Upon confirmation of Collection Dept, An Official receipt will be given to the client
7. The In-house Property Consultant will email all the Reservation/Buyers Info Documents ( stating The final computation with sellers signatures

8. Client will print the emailed documents sent affixing his/her signature ( to be sent back Through email through Inhouse Property Consultant.
9. All documents will be forwarded to the Documentation Dept by IPC for preparation Of Contract to Sell.( CTS)

DOWNPAYMENT AND AMORTIZATION
1. Client needs to sign first the Conformity Form for Payment Schedule  : PAYMENT SCHEDULE CONFORMITY FORM- In-house Consultant will email the Form.
2. Client will deposit the required DP or monthly amortization on developer’s Bank Account.
3. Client will email or fax the payment details to the In-house Property Consultant
4. The In-house Property Consultant give the payment details to the Collection Dept.
5. Upon confirmation of payment made, The Collection Dept will issue an official receipt
And update the payment schedule of client.
Note : receipts can be sent through courier or through designated Special Power Of Attorney ( SPA) of client
OTHER MODE OF PAYMENTS FOR DP AND MONTHLY AMORTIZATION:
Issuance of local post dated cheques ( if client has available local cheques in the Phils.)
